To support this, we have a zero-tolerance approach to bullying, harassment (inclusive of sexual harassment) and discrimination. This means:

• We will not tolerate any form of bullying, harassment or discrimination

• We will treat all allegations seriously

• We will always take appropriate, proportionate and timely action

• We will make every effort to prevent any incidents occurring

We fully support and encourage anyone who is experiencing or has experienced, or has witnessed, any form of discrimination, harassment or bullying to come forward.
